ACI Learning Reviews

This course may do well for aural and visual learners, but really lacks engagement for hands on learners. I excepted much more out of these courses for as much as I'm paying for them. (Well, the VA is paying, but regardless I still expected much more out of these courses.) I feel these courses only offer slightly more (At least for my learning style) than a course I can get online such as Udemy. And considering the cost difference, I could not justify coming back for other courses at a later date. The course even talked about training types usually done at seminars where students were walked through different tools. None of that happened in this course. Certain tools were demonstrated, but unless I ventured out on my own, I received no hands on experience.

I enjoyed this course.

Overall, I don't have anything of value to contribute to this review because I feel that my individual experience was so badly skewed in a negative way that to provide an overall review would not be fair and impartial to the overall program.

great course taught what i needed to pass, however if i had to do it again i would do the two week version this one just about burned me out

Good Course

It is very frustrating trying to navigate compTIA and pearson vue. I have had to reset my password several times on the site. I guess it would be nice if we could call ACI and have someone on the phone to help navigate the site. (at least on cert days)

I'm very interested in seeing what the next course brings.

Great condensed course for preparation for the ITIL 4 fundamental exam.

I learned a lot and i'm happy that i decided to begin my journey to eventually work in the IT Field.
