More hands on training incorporated within the course
Courses are great and you get a lot of information. If the the instructors slowed down the course. The students wouldn't have to relearn material at home, instead of review and memorize the info.
Course was good, but a textbook to follow up with the program would be great
I am thoroughly disappointed with ACI as a whole for their bait-and-switch approach to these courses. They are marketed as these great 10-day courses that will get you the certifications needed to get a high-paying job in the tech industry. It doesn't take long to realize that they are simply a way to get some quick money from the VA and force students into help-desk jobs paying barely above minimum wage.
would be a great course if more time and hands on training was implemented.
Unfortunately this was not a well presented or orchestrated class/course. Our in class assistant instructor Azael did a great job.
Overall ITIL is a great course, I would recommend to anyone interested in getting into IT.
Very grateful for this opportunity and I feel like I am ready for the Certification for ITIL4.
I would recommend this course and other ACI courses to friends and peers for learning IT.
