This was a great course with a great instructor, its just you have to apply yourself and put in the extra work for the best results.
IT is a pain. Lots of acronyms, lots of VERY similar stuff. To the point that one word or phrase changes the answer. The class is good for breaking the ice in IT though. A good way to start in on it.

Rodderick Fedd, is the best Edutrainer. He knows the content; can correct or add anything in the lesson that was not talked about that is very important to know. He is AWESOME!!!
