This course is heavy and challenging. It needs more time to read and more practice to catch up.

I would look definitely take a class again with this instructor!!!!!!

I really enjoy the class. I would highly recommend this class for anyone pursuing a career in IT.

As stated previously, I gained more knowledge about 1101 than when you started but when I tried the practice exams I did not score well. I realized that unless you have an adequate IT background and/or devote more time you won't be ready for the Certification Exam.

Great course that really breaks down the content for those of us just getting into this career field.

The best possible instructor, horrible materials, the situation was made better by the professor.

Overall the course taught was fantastic, but the ACI materials specifically the slide shows were lacking and seemed rushed. But, with the supplemental materials, and the instructor's knowledge it was easy to find the flaws in the provided materials; he did his best to create his own supplementary materials overnight. For that, I applaud the effort.
