I think the course overall did what it's intention was. My biggest complaint is on receiving the voucher for the ITIL 4 app for my IPhone. While I believe the other students in the class all received theirs. I still have not received mine. This is after sending out an email roughly 5 hours ago requesting this once again. I believe this would have greatly helped me on the course final, but put me at a disadvantage. It's understandable that there may be some technical issues, but after notifying LeaderQuest of this issue and getting a reply only to ask that it is the app voucher I was referring too, I have still received no voucher. Hopefully you can rectify this as it would be beneficial to have for the certification Exam. ALL material should be available for ALL students. It should be in both the students and LeaderQuests best interest that it is. Hopefully a better option for getting these vouchers out to students will be developed as it appears there is some oversight there.

This course has you jumping back and forth into chapters. For someone with very little knowledge about this program, it needs to flow better. Very Irritating

To many labs and videos. I watched all the videos and the COMPTIA course online and did not get credit for anything before the class started.

I had issues with the labs, mostly when it came to reading the material and typing in the correct syntax, which leads to having to redo 98% of the labs multiple times till I got all the steps right. It was annoying and frustrating.
