Good instructor, good content, decent timing.

The CEH class is the culmination of a total of seven classes that I had taken in series together and seemed to be the most easily grasped content. I believe this because of the structure of the material and the method by which the instructor delivered it. It was straightforward and built progressively and logically.

Course material is all over the place. Its not very user friendly

I don't know if more time should be allotted to this course. The two weeks gives a good taste of what networking is about, so that would help a student decide if that's the field they want to focus on. But as for getting prepared for certification, having three chapters covered in a day some times makes it impossible to retain. Some chapters could use a whole week, so to reiterate, not sure if more time would help or not.

Even with the extended schedule, There is a lot of material in these courses for someone who doesn't come from an IT background. I believe that the courses are well thought out and delivered in the online platform, but would be better served in an in-person environment (given the current pandemic, of course I understand the reasoning and precautions). I am not a big fan of the learn on demand labs. They are more about following directions than learning in my opinion though I can not deny they have merit. I prefer the test out simulator for a lab environment, though it also has it's shortfalls.

I think the course overall did what it's intention was. My biggest complaint is on receiving the voucher for the ITIL 4 app for my IPhone. While I believe the other students in the class all received theirs. I still have not received mine. This is after sending out an email roughly 5 hours ago requesting this once again. I believe this would have greatly helped me on the course final, but put me at a disadvantage. It's understandable that there may be some technical issues, but after notifying LeaderQuest of this issue and getting a reply only to ask that it is the app voucher I was referring too, I have still received no voucher. Hopefully you can rectify this as it would be beneficial to have for the certification Exam. ALL material should be available for ALL students. It should be in both the students and LeaderQuests best interest that it is. Hopefully a better option for getting these vouchers out to students will be developed as it appears there is some oversight there.

I wish the class was more time to really get a grasp of the information

This course has you jumping back and forth into chapters. For someone with very little knowledge about this program, it needs to flow better. Very Irritating

To many labs and videos. I watched all the videos and the COMPTIA course online and did not get credit for anything before the class started.

Rita provided excellent instructions. I would have benefitted from additional time trying to work through a few project objectives with a partner or small group.
