Some parts of the course need to be upgrated example the flash card could be presented better(means it would be better if they had picture of the definitions to make it easier to understand)

This is a fast paced course. I believe more time is needed for students who have little or no IT experience. Leaderquest San Antonio has an excellent staff. They truly care about the students! Lee is a wonderful and caring instructor. He is very knowledgeable and professional with IT.

good course, however, I feel that some of the material was too in-depth to learn over the course of a 4hr class day.

time allotted for guest speaker can be added, I guess it's interesting to have more real word experience of anti fraud actions

this course needs more weeks at least 4 weeks other than 2 weeks.

As with all these courses, I feel they could do with a few extra weeks.

we had time to go over notes and material but didn't have time to go more in depth and lab time was rushed at that point as well
