Class needs a serious revision of material and course layout as well as including more practical hands on labs like Cisco packet tracer

Overall I think this Computer User Support program needs to be longer..this is a shotgun of knowledge and if its considered an introduction course for people with 0 tech knowledge then its needs to be much longer. Id say at least a weak per core subject. Even being tech savvy and having some background knowledge this course expands upon it so much I might as well barely know how to turn on a computer.
Overall, the course provided valuable content, but the fast-paced structure made it challenging to absorb fully. The instructor was excellent, offering strong support and guidance throughout.
Chris Novick stood out for me with his calm demeanor and overall respectful approach. Class act and extremely helpful in learning the material.
Overall, the course provided a solid introduction to ITIL and its core principles. The structured environment was helpful for understanding the material, though I feel that the short two-week duration didn't allow for enough time to fully absorb and apply everything. More time for practical exercises, real-world examples, and discussions would enhance the learning experience. Despite this, I feel well-equipped to begin implementing what I've learned and look forward to continuing my ITIL journey in the future.
Good course but material could be cover in a shorter amount of time.
