Overall, had a really good experience and appreciate the access to industry professionals.
Good class and good information. Instructor does help inform you on real world examples which is great. In my personal opinion, it just didn't seem as effective to stick in my head as the other classes so far. I'm having to relearn the information from the beginning to the end instead of having to pick up at certain issues that I'm lacking. Seems I'm lacking all of it to some degree. Probably due to the length of the class being only 2 weeks though.
overall the course and the instructors throw a lot at you but its also coming from individuals who've been in he IT field a lot longer than someone like myself. That being said i enjoyed the challenge and being able to set my mind to something and seeing the results of my learning from my understanding of the material and understanding my instructors.
all in all, wish there was hands on in the classroom. i know we had the skill labs for it, but it doesn't help my brain see the actual picture.
As someone coming in with no back round in IT this course has been very helpful and intuitive
The program was really great for me. I am now on the road to take my certification test then after that I will be getting a job that I am prepared for and ready to do! Mr. Fedd made the course even more interactive and felt very down to earth as instructor. He has made me learn so many new things and even about myself! I greatly appreciate him and the whole course in general! I also like how all the material will still be available for a good amount of time and they don't just drop us off after we graduate!
Combine presentations with graphics and descriptions to help students with different learning abilities.
Professor was very good at putting real life examples into the class
The real world anecdotes and the humor helped with my anxiety, and re-enforced my memory of key points throughout the course. Thanks Mr. Joseph Hornsey
