If you want to be in the IT field as a technician this is the course that will introduce you to the basics of the IT field laying the groundwork for the future.
Please fix the load times for ITIL 4. I have better things to do than sit waiting hours of my course to load. like learning the things being held behind that load time or taking care of my family when they need me.
