Basic information but the instructor was great, very impressive background. Night classes are tough, online classes are tough, and together I noticed many students don't interact or have their video on, including myself. I felt bad about that. Our instructor seemed a tad disheartened. I'm not used to online classes so that was tough.

John was a great teacher of ITIL, although some of the concepts themselves seemed a little unnecessarily complicated.

This course felt much more manageable than A+ 1001. James is a great instructor who definitely knows the material.

Instructor was absolute top notch. One of the best instructors I have ever encountered. Joshuah Brown brought both the book smart and the practice real world examples / knowledge. Wish the course was longer as it is like drinking from a firehose We need the CompTIA labs not the other 'Practice Labs' company. The practice labs are so utterly slow.

The material and instruction delivery is outstanding. The only downside is that it is a LOT of information to pass in two weeks. I came into the class optimistic that I was going to learn the material fairly easily. Unfortunately, I find myself struggling with the week two material. No negatives towards the instructor, as Josh is a stellar and highly-knowledgeable individual. I may just need to search for non-compressed courses.

The course had too little information. Not enough explanations on some of the terms and abbreviations.

A large amount of this course is carried over from Network + so it is easier to follow, it has good information and the course is pretty easy to follow.

This course was comprehensive and effective at presenting a dynamic way to consider leadership dos and donts.

In order to truly be effective this course should provide the instructor actually showing students how to configure equipment, things to watch for while doing so, etc. CompTIA has a lab environment which could easily be utilized rather than reading every page of the manual through and verbally explaining what is most needed to know on the test and in the various careers. "teach a man to fish" If ACI truly wants to get into the 94% pass-rate then actual environment configuration requires teaching (show us how to fish). I can (and must) read the material myself and if needed we have mentoring times to ask questions. The meat and potatoes lie in actually doing the thing. There's a better way to create Security+ certified professionals. Ones that pass the exam with a strong knowledge around how to physically do the job. This is what will create a more powerful CompTIA within the certifications realm to stand out among peers.Response : James, thank you for your comment. We will consider this information as we continue implementing various instructional methods.
