It was just a lot of content to squeeze into a ten day period.

Even though I have a hard time learning without being hands on, I would have benefited with a textbook on the material. I found myself doing online searches for explanation of different terms. The online labs, on the other hand, were very beneficial.

The course itself and the material is great! My biggest suggestion and/or concern is that I feel that ACI could have done a better job making sure that perspective students better understand the program structure prior to enrolling. The course dates were clearly explained, what was not clearly explained in my opinion is the way the certifications are achieved. This led to mismanaged expectations and set some of us up for failure in our approach to this course. Many of us have had to adjust our plan for how to negotiate the certifications after starting and learning how things actually work. Moreover, this concept was compounded by a misleading ITIL instructor that led our entire class to believe that taking the people cert ITIL exam was not necessary. He did a great job teaching ITIL but with the misinformation about the certification, many of us felt behind the power curve moving forward from ITIL

I would like this instructor (Tre Smith) to teach me in my next class SEC+

Instructor taught thoroughly, offered to stay behind or come in early and even on a weekend. He is very professional and brings a lot of life experiences into what he teaches for a better understanding on how many of the objectives relate to real life scenarios.

It's a course that definitely enhances my MAR skills. I thought it was a bit rushed and we skipped a lot of concepts due to the time constraints, which is understandable.

Too short to digest all of the information.

This course could really be beneficial if the class schedule were longer. As it is now, even for some of the students with an IT background, it a lot of information to take in and actually retain much of what was gone over.

Tell the VA to scrap this program or don't re-up funds if they're going to rush students through these courses. Overall, I enjoyed the enthusiasm from the instructors and their effort to cover the material.

The content seemed to be more comprehensive that what is required for the exam. If it's going to be so condensed in 2 weeks time, I felt like that was unnecessary.
