Really enjoyed the class and that Chris was a very helpful and would recommend him if you're taking a course like ITIL course.

It was really difficult and I felt like a lot was being thrown at me but I hope I understand enough to pass the test.

I know I gave it a 5/5 in all areas, but I really did enjoy the class. However, I kind of wish it was more self-paced. As in, if I wanted to work ahead of my peers, then I would be able to. Sometimes, I just sit in class waiting for the timer to go down. Just an idea, but maybe a competency-based exam so you can skip certain lessons? But I really enjoyed how Sunday would slowdown to repeat certain sections. He would give us keywords to connect to so that we could better understand the materials. It's tough to give a full review without actually taking the ITIL cert from PeopleCert yet. I feel like, after I take the exam, I can truly see if the materials covered in this course really prepared me for the exam.

language barrier words didn't mean the same in English very hard to understand at timesResponse : Sorry to read that your experience with the ITIL class was not up to your expectations. What could we have done to have made this a better experience for you?

Practice exams and exercises were a great way to test my knowledge of the course. Being able to see what was wrong with my answer helped a lot. However, the user interface displaying the explanation of the answer could use a bit of improvement. Trying to visually see the explanation was a bit difficult considering the fatigue from late night classes when all the words were bunched up together.

the course, i felt was pretty standard, the part that really made it shine was the teaching methods of our primary instructor.
