Focus should be passing the ITIL Certificate. Not the ACI End of Course Exam. Those exams is not why any of these students chose to take this program. The students chose this program to gain the information to pass the actual PeopleCert AXELOS ITIL Certificate Exam.
This is something I have raved about and will continue to tell people about.
