ITIL 4® Foundation (PITG) Reviews

Great course. New to me. Great facilitator with a wealth of knowledge who has some many ideas to make the course better for the students. Worked on his time to have something to make the students understand some of the topics. Although we are on the internet for the most part, some school house resources should be made available like a copier or printer.

The content is too dry, too bland. Yes its business oriented, I understand that. However, that doesn't mean make a room full of old cranky veterans sit in chairs and go back over death by PowerPoint.

keep doing what you are doing and improve the time limit to study the book at home cause i could not get in at home on my internet, make it more fun to do the work on a short notice.

The instructor for this course used his extensive knowledge and experiences to make the content relevant and comprehendible. Highly recommend the courses and training environment at ACI Learning.

I kept getting annoyed because of noticing that it was already time to leave, that's how intrigued I was to gain more and more knowledge by the course, and the instructor.

Rich is awesome. I think the course was slightly difficult to me because of the change in test/exercise questions. I had been using a certain study technique I chose after experiences the first test and exercises. That technique did not bode well in the face of the level of questions nearing the end of the course. ITIL is strange to me but I was able to grasp it well enough to pass. I just feel like I am more uncertain of my knowledge now then when I began but I do indeed have a better understanding of IT and the practices in which IT companies engage in.
