I love this class and course. I'm glad that I chose ACI Learning on showing me the journey on how to become a computer user support specialist.

The teacher was great, i had no problems, however the course focuses on the definitions contrary to learning understanding so when you get a question that's like "Which of the following is a reason an organization might want to adopt ITIL best practices?" it doesn't make sense, also 6 days of education is a incredibly short time spam for a beginner like myself. and certain questions on tests are too work specific as someone who has various mental disabilities to becomes to specific to keep track

Too much material and information to learn in only 2 weeks

The start of the IT journey starts with ITIL. This course really placed that into a bigger perspective and demonstrated multiple opportunities to become an efficient IT service provider.
