I can see why Mr. Petti teaches all over the world. He is a great resource to use when it comes to broadening your knowledge on ITIL information. It actually amazed me on how well he can shoot an explanation and answers in such a quick time.

Course was a bit confusing at first but once you realize that you are studying a diagram in depth and how everything is related to each other and/or contributes to another moving piece, it all becomes pretty simple.
