I had the privilege of taking the ITIL 4 Foundation course with Professor John Woods. He is a very personable and enjoyable professor to have, and you can tell that he has a vast amount of experience in the field. He always tried to use real-world examples and scenarios that us the students could use to tie-in with the concepts that we had at hand in class; and for that, I will forever be grateful to him. I couldn't have asked for a better professor or experience during this course! Professor John Woods is the best!
