Mr. John Woods is an exceptional instructor. I am thankful that he was my first real-world instructor at ACI Learning. I learned a lot and am appreciative of his real-world experience. Furthermore, Mr. Woods values all of his students because he places emphasis on the importance of having a solid foundation in the world of IT.
Great way for a person to get started in the IT field. Does not get technical at all, but gently shapes the perspective to think in terms of the customer and creating value.
I enjoyed learning the ITIL 4 portion of this program thanks to the staff, the professor and my classmates. I look forward to the next steps of the program.
Bryan was a great instructor and did his very best to make sure all students were well informed, and set up for success for the taking of the ITIL certification.
Great course. I wish there was a way that we could get the vouchers back quicker to take the certification sooner. Many of us have back to back classes and work also, so having to study for the cert and taking another 4 hour class at night at the same time is tough. If we could get the voucher back faster, then we could take the cert that weekend after the class ended on a Friday.
