Professor Timothy Cassibry is an amazing professor and you can tell he deeply cares about his students and the material.
Fantastic class. I struggled because the pace of the class is dictated by the student that struggles the most so it felt like the class proceeded at a very slow pace. However, Miss Allyson did a great job of engaging the students and making the class much more enjoyable than it could have been.
This course was just a pleasure to take. It is a good first step into getting into the IT certification world and helps bridge from no knowledge of IT to learning how the operation works from management to customer.

This was a great class and the teacher, John Woods, was extremely good at his job!
Overall, It has been a very good transition for me after retirement from military. A little overwhelming at first but once you get started it becomes easier and iniviting.
