Course was exiting, challenging and enjoyable. Instructor made it amazing for me, he understand transitioning veterans and how challenging is to adapt to a new environment. Real well explained in detail sharing real-work experiences.
Great course. This is most definitely a class that I would recommend to others. Dave is a great instructor who ensures a thorough understanding of materials and the instruction. He has a vast knowledge of ITIL and wants every student to succeed.
Great course overall, thoroughly enjoyed the material, instructor, and easy application of virtual environment. I believe self testing quizzes could be a bit more aligned to real testing environments to better prepare students for final exam and potential certification exam. Self test questions were very simplistic in nature with more robust testing question for final exam.
The videos might have valuable content but the presenters are awful
Overall, I really enjoyed the course. It can easily apply to any job field that you are currently at. This can even go further to a personally level. I would love to go further in depth one day to understand it more in detail.
