Dedicated work ethic and positive attitude was instrumental during the qualification acquisition of 12 ITIL students, totaling 40 hours of dedication. His efforts directly contributed ACI's outstanding execution of turning the "Average Joe" into technical ITIL qualified experts. -TECHNICAL EXPERT. Always volunteers for the most complex technical discrepancies. Eager to utilize technical knowledge and make informed decisions in correcting student discrepancies in minimal time. Significant contributor to the classroom setting receiving the 2023 Instructor of the Year award -UNMATCHED MOTIVATION. Took minimal time in gaining all required qualifications. Eager to train and motivate others in obtaining same qualifications and creates an atmosphere of friendly competition. HOLDS MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION FOR ADVANCEMENT AND ANY PROGRAM LEADING TO AQUISITION OF FURTHER RESPONSIBILITY (and pay).
This was a great class and the teacher, John Woods, was extremely good at his job!
Overall, It has been a very good transition for me after retirement from military. A little overwhelming at first but once you get started it becomes easier and iniviting.
