I think the overall specs to take the course requirement should be higher, when dealing with the virtual environment. i am on the low spectrum and i am barely getting by. maybe, if the VA could help with a new laptop. maybe, that would have helped, but i was having connection issue with hard line in and i contacted zoom and they said it was my connection not zoom. overall I feel if i put some hours into studying for the certification exam I should be fine but to make me feel warm and fuzzy I think it would be nice to have class time to take certification but its on me so i get that part of it

Make the class recordings available to be used for review material.
Overall and Excellent Course. The Instructor did an excellent job.
This course gave me a good introduction to the IT world, and I feel it has been very beneficial to me.
This is more of a military setting , but will keep an open mind moving forward .
Great course so far. I recommend to anyone that is interested in getting into IT
