Haven't used the SkillsProTV platform as yet. Overall, the venue provides a great learning environment; instructor put us at ease with his knowledge/breakdown of the materials and experiences, material truly helped with understanding/visually seeing what was said a nd how everything works together, and my classmates were very helpful as well. I enjoyed the course and is looking forward to the next one.

I appreciated the additional practice tests and quiz.

Great experience, with all necessary tools and help from staff you need to help you pass.

It was a very pleasant experience and I feel like I can move forward with confidence and well rounded understanding of ITIL 4.
