Ben made this sections very interesting . It has greatly influenced my understanding of people's baseline and how we can support rather then put restrictive measures as first choice.

The course was very interesting. Ben was fun and engaging and got the best out of all the attendees. I learnt a lot today about how to interact with patients considered as challenging, and I can't wait to put this into practice. This course would not be anywhere near as good if it was just online

Such a great informative session with Ben, kept everyone engaged. The group work really helped with understanding the nature of the course and how to adapt it to real life situations. Ben was great at teaching everyone and sharing his life experiences. Highly recommend

The lesson was very interesting and the tutorBen he was amazing, explained everything in detail and he made examples which reflects and retains in memory, the course is quite useful and gave a lot of information and strategies how to cope with difficult and challenging situations, which will be really helpful for me in work and pesonal life.
