The course was very informative and helpful. It puts into perspective of how these different behaviour of concerns can occur and how we can effectively deal with it.

I have learnt a lot today about bad habits that I have when it comes to what i used to call bad behaviour however I have learnt that they are just trying to communicate with us

The course was very thought provoking and provided me as a nurse to look at a different perspective. Ben made the session enjoyable. The session is a lot of information but the teaching style allowed me to take in the information in a way I could retain it.

Really enjoyed Bens training session. I felt like I learnt a lot from Ben and it was very interesting. Ben was hilarious too so made the day go fast :)

I thought the course was great. Ben was engaging and kept us interested throughout the day. The course was an eye opener and I will be able to use these skill on a daily basis. Cheers Ben
