Developed understanding of the arousal model, factors influencing human behaviour and approaches to behaviour of concern. I have also developed understanding if positive behaviour support and will put my learning into my practice.

Although some of the course was a refresher, there were quite a few new things which I learned. Kirstie was so knowledgeable and made the course so enjoyable, despite it being a long day. A really valuable course for me.
