well delivered training. No easy access to the venue , we needed to knock on the door loudly to catch attention from people on the corridor to open the door.Response : Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the training well delivered. We appreciate you raising the issue with venue access and will pass this on to your training manager, as the venues are outside of our control.

I wasn’t sure I’d be able to take much from this course but it was excellent and I’ve truly gained knowledge that will improve my practice as an RN. For example, The Arousal Model is something I will refer to from now on to improve outcomes for service users under my care.

The course was intriguing, made me think about my passive actions, behaviours etc. The tutor made the course interesting and engaging. I look forward to implementing the learning to the patients that I come across especially the patients with mental health issues who are placed on general wards and gets misjudged or misunderstoodResponse : Hi Jennifer. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the course was thought-provoking and that you found the tutor engaging. We hope what you have learned today will support you in your role.
