Trainer very interactive and informative. Expected more de-escalation techniques, however it has now been made clear this is covered on day 2. Materials great for all learners - liked having own booklet to follow / highlight and make notes.

This was a useful course which can be implemented in my clinical area. It was good to have group discussions and gather other people’s ideas. There is no improvement. Overall this was useful and I have learnt quite a lot.

Trainee Liam was very friendly and approachable. The session has good knowledge and informative but some parts are too long and could be shorterResponse : Hi Jenna. Thank you for taking the time to leave your constructive feedback. We will ensure that your comments are passed on to reflect during future courses.
