I found this really useful and will be able to implement all that I have learnt to my own workplace. It was very engaging, and the trainer was interactive and kept us all interested with all topics.

I really enjoyed the course - the theory was really beneficial to hear. I liked the case study practice in the afternoon. I will be remembering the cognitive biases when I am at work!
