Very well done, learned about how to cope with patients with challenging behaviour. Liam was engaging and I felt at ease . I was apprehensive coming on the course but I'm glad I attended.

Please include some simulation based exmples and arrange for performing by the attendee.

Really enjoyed the course, Andy was very enthusiastic and passionate, very interactive with us all, included the whole group! I feel face to face training is better as e-learning is often brushed through, this way the information withheld properly with a better understanding!

The trainer has good mastery of course been taught, is engaging, has got good field knowledge on the subject been discussed.
