Really interesting and insightful course very helpful indeed

I really learnt a lot and the course has made me review my working practices

Good course. Sometimes hard for me to participate when others talked at the same time and dominated more.

The instructor was very good and explain about pbs in details and I have learnt a lot in the 2 days
