The venue can be very cold as it’s a church hall but unfortunately we have been hit with very low temperatures

The classroom is very cold and sometimes it's hard to hear his voice because the trainer's voice echoes in the space. Facilities is perfect such as coffee, tea,cake and everything.

The programme was great, the tutors were excellent. The only improvement I could think of is parking arrangements.

i thought the course went well for me as i learned a lot within the customer service and employability course and what kind of difficulties i could encounter in a customer service role within the workplace and how can identify and solve customer enquiries. Also more knowledgeable about how i work in a team and what problems i can encounter within the workplace when working with team members and staff.
