Overall the course was excellent and it really helped me develop skills I already possessed as well as learning how to respond effectively and calmly in a difficult situation.

I had some of the best fun I had in ages while also learning so much! I would refer this course to anyone who is willing to learn.

Enjoyed it because I learnt about the effects of different customer service for different organisations.

I love to do more on this but if only it's closer to mines
