The course has been good, excellent balance of getting things done and activities/fun. Alan has been very friendly and encouraging.

This was an engaging and informative session. I appreciated the combination of theory and practical activities, which helped me understand customer service in healthcare. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable, and I feel more confident about applying these skills in real-life situations. Some additional interactive practice would make future sessions even more beneficial.

The only problem I have with the course is it is in Rochdale which is a good hour away on the bus but was only for 3 weeks so not too bad
