The course has been good, excellent balance of getting things done and activities/fun. Alan has been very friendly and encouraging.

This was an engaging and informative session. I appreciated the combination of theory and practical activities, which helped me understand customer service in healthcare. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable, and I feel more confident about applying these skills in real-life situations. Some additional interactive practice would make future sessions even more beneficial.

Alan is an amazing tutor who adapted in every way possible to meet our ends and made sure we understood everything clearly.

The only problem I have with the course is it is in Rochdale which is a good hour away on the bus but was only for 3 weeks so not too bad

Carrie was a fantastic engaging and informative tutor however some of the content was very repetitive and could therefore at times be disengaging.
