Overall sessions with Stuart are great and he puts great effort into engaging with everyone, I would only seek to improve question clarity and adjust presentation content to provoke further engagement and discussion.

The church where the course is done is freezing, and there is an eco that makes it difficult at times to understand the trainer.

There is a terrible echo in the church with it being an old building and sometimes we have to ask the trainer to repeat information and slow down his voice a bit.

The venue easy located. The trainer was so supportive and helpful friendly with excellent communication. The problem was that sometimes it was difficult to hear the voices.

Cold and eerie building. Throughly enjoyed the course and Trevor’s teaching you can tell that he is passionate about the work.

It shouldn't have been a 3 week course. It should have been less and online instead. The content was incredibly easy and basic. We didn't need to waste 3 weeks on questions we could answer in 1 day by ourselves. It's that simple.Response : Hi Samiyah sorry you did not feel the course was worth the 3 weeks work and support for the qualifications achieved. The course is designed to be face to face training to offer support guidance and advice for all levels of experience. To help engage in attendance and support getting back into work.
