Overall the course was excellent and it really helped me develop skills I already possessed as well as learning how to respond effectively and calmly in a difficult situation.

I had some of the best fun I had in ages while also learning so much! I would refer this course to anyone who is willing to learn.

Enjoyed it because I learnt about the effects of different customer service for different organisations.

The only problem I have with the course is it is in Rochdale which is a good hour away on the bus but was only for 3 weeks so not too bad

Very clear course with good positive and encouraging feedback from tutor. The online format was accessible and worked very well. The assessment format worked very well. Retaining the workbook will help me revise when needed.
