I really enjoyed this course and believe that it was beneficial for me, whether I am successful in this interview or not I believe that the skills and techniques I have learnt on this course will be beneficial for me for the future regardless.
i thought the course went well for me as i learned a lot within the customer service and employability course and what kind of difficulties i could encounter in a customer service role within the workplace and how can identify and solve customer enquiries. Also more knowledgeable about how i work in a team and what problems i can encounter within the workplace when working with team members and staff.
the course was very informative and i learnt a lot. the trainer was very helpful. The course was long, i feel like we could have covered everything in half the time apart from that it was great.

Great overall experience, I learned a lot about customer service and was always engaged and interested. Ryan was always happy to help and very positive. The work was always relevant and taught at a good pace. Very satisfied!
