It shouldn't have been a 3 week course. It should have been less and online instead. The content was incredibly easy and basic. We didn't need to waste 3 weeks on questions we could answer in 1 day by ourselves. It's that simple.Response : Hi Samiyah sorry you did not feel the course was worth the 3 weeks work and support for the qualifications achieved. The course is designed to be face to face training to offer support guidance and advice for all levels of experience. To help engage in attendance and support getting back into work. The course was very enjoyable and engaging whilst still learning and developing my skills on a variety of topics. The tutors on the course were very nice and helped me improve.

i thought the course went well for me as i learned a lot within the customer service and employability course and what kind of difficulties i could encounter in a customer service role within the workplace and how can identify and solve customer enquiries. Also more knowledgeable about how i work in a team and what problems i can encounter within the workplace when working with team members and staff.

the course was very informative and i learnt a lot. the trainer was very helpful. The course was long, i feel like we could have covered everything in half the time apart from that it was great.

Great overall experience, I learned a lot about customer service and was always engaged and interested. Ryan was always happy to help and very positive. The work was always relevant and taught at a good pace. Very satisfied!
