Scenario training was really relevant.. as a comment made at the end of the course, it would be very good to follow through with some law enforcement pieces because this could and does be a trigger for some people when the law and gaurds are mentioned.

It was a very good course. The only thing I would say was that I could have lost 20% content and done another practical session before lunch. Just a bit content heavy or add on another half hour practical of scenarios during the course

I enjoyed the course, the content is useful and makes you think about how you approach different scenarios and to be mindful of the language, tone and body language that we use.
