In the Vodafone CAT1 Webinar there was to many references to Cable & Wireless, the two companies have been joined together for number of years now so there should be no reference to Cable & Wireless. The course seems to be just teaching about Fixed line Networks site, there is no reference to Mobile MTX sites or equipment. The Field team now support both Fixed and Mobile equipment.

This course is primarily aimed at engineers performing rack maintenance. The recently launched EAL Level 3 DC Power in telecoms which we run looks at a variety of installation types including mobile. It is the intention for Vodafone to send Cat 2 personnel on this course in future.
