Excellent blend of theory and practical work giving a great foundation in domestic electric applications. Particularly impressed with our tutor Sam, who exemplified how to teach beginners, with great pacing and an infectious passion for the subject, always taking the time to ensure difficult concepts were grasped and always on hand (ably assisted by Paul) when needed during practical tasks. Thanks to all at PTT for a great first week.

Faultless.... Chris is an amazing tutor i suffer from bad anxiety, ive been putting the 18th off for a while due to my condition. Chris spoke to me and explained a few things and put me at ease... he really helped me stay calm and i can't thank him enough.

Course seemed to be a refresher for experienced employees and not enough time to complete the practical elements. As an Apprentice the practical course was too rushed, there wasn't enough time to fit everything in half a day. I have never used some of the tooling before and due to this took much longer to complete wiring/crimping etc. Rack inspection module was to find faults but knowledge on racks is currently so limited I didn't know what I was looking for. This module assumes you already have prior knowledge of racks which as an Apprentice would have none or very little.

Only there for 1 day, but, course was delivered, in a timely unrushed atmosphere. Well done to all of your staff.
