Dorian made the course enjoyable. He explained everything extremely well and helpful with anyone's questions throughout. The course was probably a bit too in depth for what I do but helpful nonetheless.

The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and engaging, relating to real life scenarios/ examples. My only negative (excuse the pun) on this course was the practical… Having only 1 PDU1 and 1 power supply meant that time soon disappeared when waiting to access the equipment. This had the unfortunate effect that we being the 3rd pair to access the PDU1 we were running out of time and rushed to complete which forced a couple of errors in documentation and equipment.

Showed us the basics for electricity within Telecoms which is a useful base knowledge to have.
