Teacher was just brilliant

Excellent course, unfortunately probably not the course required to satisfy my companies requirement but it looks like there isn't a course specifically tailored to this requirement available on the market. The course was a great balance between theory & practical and the breaks were well placed and timed.

Online 18th edition training software provided, exam taken on site. All very well organised, very helpful when I had to change my first exam date.

This was the first time this particular course was delivered so it is inevitable there will be teething issues. Those issues were anomalies with the company specific documentation, the course tutor was very professional and handle all queries well.

The Course was totally "new" being based upon the new ESMS / MSP rather than the old CSP to which we have all been familiar. Many of the questions were ambiguous and could have more than a single answer. The course could easily passed by a person with little or no technical knowledge and experience.

both the on line and the practical were very good the trainers took there time to explain anything to the people were unsure about it was very enjoyable

Course suited my requirements and the practical exercises were suited for my individual requirements

Course provided good in depth knowledge for all my requirements

Very well run and informative course.

It would have been nice to have spent time looking at the equipment you had on the wall as a group.
