course was good only thing missing was the practical element but for this particular coure it was no real loss.

A really good introduction that put me in a good position for the rest of the course. I appreciated that Sam was really keen for us to understand the principles, and not just remember facts.

Nicky gave some really interesting insights in the running of a business and he managed to squeeze a lot into this course which no doubt made the rest of the course easier.

By it's nature a very dry course, but Chris made the best of it and what seemed like a daunting test at the beginning was made much easier with Chris' tips and advice.

All of the courses leading up and including this one really put me in a good position for both the practical and on-line the exams at the end of this. The different teaching styles of Steve, Sam, Nicky, Chris and Avtar I felt really complemented each other and gave me a really complete overview and confidence in entering the industry.

Chris was brilliant, taught the course very well and helped the whole class pass.

Chris , was absolutely excellent on the 18th Edition , his dedication and preparation was superb . Extremely happy that I passed , thank you Chris

Steve was a great tutor and was good to actually be able to see and handle some materials

I was made to feel welcome and I think that was fantastic as I had traveled so far from home. I will be looking at the possibility of taking another course and I will be recommending PTT to anyone that may need training
