Attendees particularly value the knowledgeable, patient trainers, who explain complex technical subjects clearly, adapt to different experience levels and connect theory with practical, real-world work. They describe courses as well structured, engaging and supportive, with a relaxed learning environment, helpful staff, clear joining information and well-prepared facilities. Learning builds confidence for assessments and day-to-day tasks. Some find the pace intense and would welcome more time for practical work.

Course was very good and ran at a good pace. The instructor was knowledgeable, pleasant and approachable making the whole learning experience enjoyable.
Not completed the practical part of the course yet.
