Everyone I work with should do this training, it has been really educational and an eye opener.

I came to the course with next to no skills regarding open source investigations and took myself out of my comfort zone. I have come away feeling more confident and equipped with new tools to assist me. Tony the tutor was knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating.

Very well constructed and beneficial course. I would have liked to seen more HMRC examples and case studies to consolidate my knowledge and understanding. Would have been good to go off into Teams rooms to chat on the exercises and any additional case studies too.

I have scored myself as 8 after the course as I will need to consider whether this has increased my ability in practice. I also recognise that I am not an expert into some of the legalities. The trainer showed an expert knowledge and was open to questions, learning, consideration of attendee's practice. Thank you

Great trainer, very enthusiastic and well delivered course material.

Overall good, lots of reminders and tips regarding best practice for both statement prep and court behaviour and procedures. Could be more tailored towards HMRC type work.

Due to problems with IT there were several interuptions but these were over come.

this was excellent as an exec lead I would have valued a couple more exec colleagues on the calls for the discussions

Great course that maybe needs tweaking for specific industries

I feel that some ofthe course content was aimed at to low of levle to the people within the course and the atendiees would have already know about the subject matter. For example the difference between the internet and WWW.
