The resources provided for the course were an added bonus thank you. Meena read the audience well recognised when a break was needed and adapted the training to our needs and questions, very relaxed training where it felt comfortable to ask questions at any time. Really enjoyed the last 2 days. Understand more about the restorative supervision model & principles. Has allowed lots of reflection time on own practice and emotional intelligence. Good mix in the group and sharing of ideas. Breakout rooms mix & exercises were good.
