Really beneficial course, enjoyed it, got some good tips, know what shouldn't be done and how to better support my staff

Really enjoyed the course. The trainer was very engaging and the content of the course was appropriate for the time that we had and my role.

The role plays didn't really add anything to the course. They weren't explained very clearly and I didn't find it very useful.

I haven't got a strong opinion either way on the relevance of much of the material to my work. I need to take stock with colleagues on this. It was interesting, though.
