I really enjoyed the course they were lots of interesting stories. I suppose the only thing I was hoping for that wasn't in the course was information on how to answer questions around UKAS technical procedures and Work Instructions. This is a particular concerning area where our work / onowledge could be questioned or attacked
Paul was engaging and seemed very knowledgeable.
Jim is an excellent trainer, interactive and explains thoroughly to provide an understanding for all levels! Best trainer I have had with bond solon!

Generally, insightful discussions and presentations
Group discussions are interesting but it takes longer than needed.
