More opportunities for interaction would have been helpful. the tech failed on one occasion which was a shame, but i was delivered in a lecture style for most of the course without much discussion

I had heard on previous sessions that some staff had opportunity to write a note and get feedback from a scenario That would have been helpful But otherwise, good.

Enjoyable and interesting course which was well presented by Gavin. Demonstrated several tools which I didn't know were available to me in my role.

Wasn't able to complete some of the exercises due to IT issues. I think this would be more beneficial if it were delivered face to face

Found it a very long day, could be condensed into half a day possibly? Too much legal information that doesn’t necessarily relate to my role.
