Jim created a relaxed environment, not overly focussing on the role playing aspects which not everyone was comfortable with listening and adapting the training accordingly and giving autonomy to the class.

I think the case study is quite difficult as it is not usually something we would come across in our roles to have to find out more information about. However, Jim was excellent at teaching what we need to know as well as explaining how it would relate to and differ within our environments. I thought the use of videos, role play and other tasks were great use of facilitating the session.

Really interesting day! Was able to see what court is like and put in action the skills I had learnt.

The course was delivered in an engaging manner and the anecdotes were useful to showing how court works, and tips to help us be better witnesses.
