It was an intense week, but full of really relevant stuff. Very pleased to have been taught more about the legal underpinnings of undercover work. And the OSINT input was very informative and will certainly be putting it into practice. Jon was incredibly knowledgeable and his year of experience were evident, no question was too stupid for him to answer.

This is the best course I have done for a very long time. Jon is a fantastic trainer, who is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Hs enthusiasm for the subject is infectious. This generated a high degree of discussion amongst the attendees. The course has given us the confidence and guidance to commence an UCOL capability within the Agency.
